Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely using industry-standard hashing).
Billing Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect your full name, address, city, and country. This information is required to generate invoices and is stored on our servers. It is used solely for billing and invoicing purposes.
Payment Information: All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you make a payment, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials at any time. Analytics Data: We collect anonymized, aggregated website usage statistics using a self-hosted analytics platform. This data includes anonymized visitor locations, page view counts, time spent on pages, and referral sources. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored through our analytics — see Section 6 for details.
Content: We store the projects, pages, and assets you create using our editor so you can access them across sessions.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. The only external service that receives data related to your account is Stripe, our payment processor, which receives the minimum information necessary to process your payment transactions. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services — all website analytics are self-hosted and operated by us (see Section 6). Your personal data is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other external parties.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using PublishKAT. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects, generated puzzles, or exported files. Your content is yours.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Self-Hosted Analytics: We use a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics platform to understand how our website is used. This platform is hosted on our own servers and operated by the managing company — no data is sent to any third-party analytics provider.
