By accessing or using PublishKAT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PublishKAT is a web-based platform that enables users to create, design, and export books for Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and other digital print-on-demand services. The Service includes a page editor, puzzle generators, templates, image tools, and PDF export functionality.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, we require certain personal and business details — including your full name, address, city, and country — in order to generate invoices. This information is used solely for billing and invoicing purposes and is stored securely on our servers. Invoices are issued by the applicable service provider entity (see Section 12) based on your registered country.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using PublishKAT, including projects, generated puzzles, images, and exported PDFs. You are free to publish, sell, or distribute your content as you see fit.

Our Platform: The PublishKAT platform, including its software, design, templates, and documentation, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Puzzles and content generated by PublishKAT are algorithmically created and unique. You have the right to use, modify, and commercially publish all generated content. However, the generation algorithms remain our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

PublishKAT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your content before termination. We may delete your data 90 days after account termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
